As mentioned, Sunderland have lost 10 of their last 14 - Not won at home in seven league games, nailed on home win. Lump on.
We got the home win against Swans simply because we are not quite the worst team in the league . We will prove that today one way or the other but lets hope we turn up. Will depend on the selections and tactics of Bilic who rarely gets it right these days.
I have felt for a while we will end up 17th but if the Swans find any form we could be back in trouble. Unlikely but this is West Ham :-(
Kouyate needs to put a 90 min shift in this week not the 45 he did last time. A goal again from him would be handy.

It not meaningless. We are not safe yet and I hope we don't just play like we're making up the numbers. Having said that this is a cup final for Sunderland, one last throw of the dice for them to avoid relegation yet again or a least give themselves a chance. They've had a knack of winning these types of games in recent seasons and because of our tendency to self implode I reckon we may well lose this. Hope I'm wrong of course!

If we lose here and Swansea win at Watford we start to sweat again with home games v Everton, Spurs and Liverpool left
Just turn up, win and we can fuck this abortion of a season down the pan.
